About West Tennessee Heart and Vascular Center

The West Tennessee Heart and Vascular Center is home to a highly skilled team of specialists dedicated to the care of patients who experience health issues related to disease of the heart and blood vessels (Cardiovascular Disease). Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in America for both men and women and is responsible for Strokes, Heart Attacks, Congestive Heart Failure, Heart Valve Problems, Heart Rhythm Problems, High Blood Pressure, Leg Pain and Wounds on the Lower Legs and Feet. Your heart and blood vessels provide nutrients and oxygen to major organs and muscles of the body. We focus on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all patients experiencing these conditions of the heart and blood vessels.

Our cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeon, interventional radiologists and other physicians and staff provide compassionate, high quality patient care with advanced treatments and state-of-the-art technology. Our team is composed of skilled, highly trained caregivers. Because cardiovascular disease can affect so many different parts of the body, a diverse medical and surgical team focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all cardiovascular diseases for a very large population of patients in our 18 county service area — including Milan, Savannah, Dyersburg, Paris, Bolivar and more.

We have brought these services together to improve access and ease for patients moving through our center. Our coordinated care teams work together to promote excellent communication between our care givers and our patients receiving that care. Our team of specialists include:

  • Cardiologists
  • Electrophysiologist (Heart Rhythm Specialist)

    • Vascular Surgeons
